Betty Sue Neer

Betty Sue (Beard) Neer 67 of Kelso, passed away February 15, 2021. She was born July 22, 1953 in Kansas. She graduated in Carson City, Nevada. She moved to the Kelso/Longview area in 1984 where she worked as a hairstylist.

Betty Sue Neer is survived by her daughter, Kimberly Taylor-Meadows and Randy Devlin. She is joined by her late son, Ryan Jay Devlin, that passed April 29, 2020.

She has 9 grandchildren, and 1 great grandchild, and a brother, Fred Beard.

There will be a service this Fall.

She will be missed and never forgotten.
