Longtime local resident Patricia Ann Parker, 75, of Longview, passed away peacefully at home April 29, 2023, in her husband’s arms.

She was born July 23, 1947, in LaGrange, Ga., to Woodrow Wilson and Elsie Agnes (Harris) Hunter. Her father was a Southern Baptist minister and Patricia grew up singing in the church choir. She graduated from LaGrange High School in 1966.

Patricia was bubbly and outgoing. Her pastimes included singing, dancing and spending time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by Mike, her loving husband of 55 years; two daughters, Michelle Parker of Kelso and Kathy Parker of Longview; a brother, Woodrow “Woody” Hunter of LaGrange; three sisters-in-law, Bev Moonen of Skamokawa, Wash., and Anita Beyer of Aumsville, Ore.
